Spinach & Cheese: A blend of spinach, fetta and ricotta cheese, onions and herbs and spices.
Spicy Meat: Pure beef punctuated with aromatic herbs.
Cheese: A mixture of fetta, ricotta and pecorino cheese, with a touch of mint and assorted spices.
Our frozen fillo pastry triangles are frozen ready to cook bite size products that are available for both the retail and foodservice sectors of the market. They are made using only the finest quality ingredients and are the only products of this type that are made using light and flaky fillo pastry.
