C & M Antoniou Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company that has been making fillo pastry, kataifi pastry and fillo pastry products in Australia since 1960.

Due in part to the fact that we specialise in fillo pastry alone, we have entrenched ourselves as the country's leading manufacturer of fillo pastry and fillo pastry products.
From our humble beginnings, the founders of the business, Chris and Marina Antoniou, realised the importance of quality to any product that hoped to succeed in the food industry. This has formed the basis for the success of the Antoniou brand products not only in Australia, but also in export markets such as New Zealand, South East Asia, the Middle East and even the UK.
The business is still today, in the hands of the original owners. It is the epitome of a small family based business that has grown over the years to include a second generation of the family. This growth and success is all the more creditable when you consider that our main competition in Australia over the years has been the largest food company this country has ever known. We have successfully competed simply because we proudly make the best quality fillo pastry available.
In Mid 2008 we moved into our new purpose built production facility that has allowed us to further improve our production processes and capacities that will consolidate our position as the fillo pastry specialists.
